The 24k Magic AI dance trend is a short AI-made music video set to Bruno Mars's "24K Magic": a dancer with orange pigtails and headphones grins into the camera in a cruise-ship lounge, then dances across the sunny deck, and a second dancer leans out of a corridor doorway for the last close-up. In early November 2026 people started making their own versions with themselves and their friends in those two spots.
- Also called: 24k Magic AI, 24k Magic cruise ship dance
- Took off on TikTok: early November 2026
- On this site: 15 seconds, widescreen, two roles
The 24k Magic AI dance trend at a glance
The song, the setting and the two spots people put themselves into.
- Song
- "24K Magic" by Bruno Mars
- The title track of his 2016 album 24K Magic. The clip uses the opening of the song.
- Setting
- A cruise ship at golden hour
- A warm lounge, a sunny wooden deck with white railings and stairs, and a shaded corridor that opens onto the sea.
- Who made the clip
- Not known
- It is AI-made, and we could not find who posted the first one. This site is not affiliated with Bruno Mars or his label.
- The two spots
- The deck and the doorway
- One dancer carries the routine on deck; the other only appears at the end, leaning out of the corridor. That is why it is made for two people.
Where the 24k Magic AI dance trend came from
The song is old; the clip is new. "24K Magic" came out in 2016 and has had TikTok dances before, from line dances to transition edits. The AI version is different: nobody filmed it. It is a generated music video of a pumped-up dancer in a black leotard, white tube socks and silver sneakers, doing knee crosses, sliding steps and shoulder bounces around a cruise ship.
What made it travel is the ending. After eleven seconds of one person showing off on deck, the camera cuts to a corridor and a second man in a black hoodie leans out from behind a door, dances in the doorway and touches his head in the final close-up. That shape is easy to cast: one spot for you, one for the friend who always walks in at the last moment.
By November 4, 2026, Google's first page for "24k magic ai dance" showed TikTok posts from the previous 15 hours explaining how to make it, an AI page built for the clip and, below them, the old non-AI 24K Magic dance tutorials. Keyword tools had no search volume for the AI version yet.
